  • Move@work is a behaviour change programme. We simply use manual handling or strain and sprain injury prevention as the forum.
  • We recognize every person as their own expert. We don’t say ‘do this’ or ‘do that’ or ‘don’t do this or that’. Your people have to make good decisions for themselves, this helps the training to really 'stick'.
